Peter Teh, and Why There Is Only One Name on This Site
A developer, an architect, a consultant, a plant engineer and a university estates office do not want a salesperson between them and the system. They want the engineer who can stand at the distribution board, read the bus with a laptop and say plainly what is wrong, what it costs and what it will do in year seven. Peter Teh (Teh Hon Kee) has done exactly that on Malaysian projects since 2014, certified by the KNX Association and still on site most weeks.
There is one name on this site because there is one person accountable for the engineering. Design decisions, ETS project, commissioning and the phone number you call at 9pm all belong to the same engineer. Larger installations are delivered with a trained site crew, but the design and the programming never get handed to a subcontractor you have never met.

Held by Peter on every project. Topology, ETS engineering and commissioning are never subcontracted out.
