When viewing property with KNX, test these:
- Press every wall switch - does it respond?
- Try smartphone app (if seller shows you)
- Test voice control if integrated
- Check if all scenes work (ask seller to demo)
- Look inside DB panel - is it neat and labeled?
- Ask seller for quick tutorial - gauge their knowledge
Red flags: Seller doesn't know how system works, many devices not responding, no documentation, messy DB wiring → May need expensive remedial work

Our Recommendation: If you're heavily invested in Apple ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, Watch, Mac), absolutely add HomeKit integration. The convenience of unified control is worth the RM1,200-2,500 extra cost. But don't ONLY use HomeKit - keep KNX native app as primary.
